We don't use any preservatives, and your chocolates are guaranteed to keep for a minimum of 30 days. After that their quality and freshness begins to degrade. Please enjoy within a couple of weeks after receiving for maximum enjoyment. We recommend that you keep in a cool place, but do not refrigerate.

Hazelnut Dragees
Caramelized hazelnuts enrobed in velvety milk chocolate and feuilletine flakes for a little extra crispy crunch. Contains wheat/gluten.
French Truffles
The classic original "truffle". Hand-formed from 70% dark chocolate, cream, butter, and a splash of Cognac. Each little box contains approximately 12 pieces.
"Big Heart"
A 2.5 ounce milk chocolate heart filled with an elegant hazelnut crisp gianduja filling. Contains wheat products.
Snacking Bars
Comparable to four of our regular chocolates these bars are perfect when you're craving a sweet snack. Perfect for sharing too! Several flavors available and more to come.
Chocolate Bars
A variety of unique and delicious bars, hand-poured in our shop and sprinkled with pure dried fruits, roasted nuts, and other garnishes. Each bar weighs approximately 4 ounces.
Rochers
Meaning "rock" in French, these little gems are made of toasted almonds, butter toffee, milk chocolate, and a hint of sea salt. 5 oz bag.
Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
A 4 ounce package of dark roasted Illy Caffe espresso beans enrobed in 64% Dark Chocolate.
Pate de Fruit (Fruit Jellies)
Our fantastic handmade fruit jellies (pâte de fruit). These are gluten-free, vegan, and fat-free. Nothing but pure fruit puree and/or juice, sugar, and pectin. We're always trying to think of fun new flavors. * Flavors may include Raspberry/Rose, Pineapple, Blueberry, Concord Grape, Guava, Black Mission Fig, Spiced Apple Cider, Blood Orange, Lemon, Strawberry, or Yuzu.
Cinnamon Pecans
Jumbo pecan halves hand-roasted in small batches with cinnamon and sugar. Available in two different sizes of decorative and reusable tins.
Drinking Chocolate
Our decadent French drinking chocolate mix. Blend or froth with hot milk and top with our handmade vanilla marshmallows (sold separately). Vegan, no dairy products in this mix.
Marshmallows
Handmade in our shop from sugar, gelatin, honey, sea salt, and rich Madagascar vanilla. Each package contains six (6) marshmallows. Goes great with our decadent Drinking Chocolate.

Four (4) of our handmade vanilla/honey marshmallows enrobed in your choice of 64% dark chocolate or 35% milk chocolate.
